Conference cancellations and refunds:
Requests for refunds of registration fees must be received, in writing,
no later than 30 days prior to the conference date. A US $50 processing fee will be deducted from the registration fees paid. Refund requests received after the refund deadline will not be honored.
- No refunds after the deadline (30 days prior to conference).
- Not refundable: Pre- / Post-conference Institutes and Friday Night Event.
- No refunds are issued at the conference.
Hotel room cancellations follow the policy of the hotel. TNTESOL does not have control over hotel policies.
