2025 TNTESOL Attendee information

The 2025 TNTESOL Conference and Annual Business Meeting will take place at the Sheraton Hotel Downtown Memphis and Renasant Convention Center in Memphis, TN.

Parking is available at both locations. The Sheraton Hotel Downtown Memphis offers valet parking only for $32/day. Click here for a parking map and rates at the Renasant Convention Center.

Hotel Reservations

Room blocks for conference attendees have been secured at the Sheraton Hotel Downtown Memphis. The last day to book at the conference attendee rate is on October 13, 2025. 

Arrival & Check-in

Conference check-in  will be set up on the 2nd floor foyer of the Sheraton Hotel Downtown Memphis on November 13, 2025. . Registration will be inside Rooms 114-115at the Renasant Convention Center on November 14 & 15, 2025. 

To ensure a smooth check-in experience, we recommend that you:

• Arrive on Time: We suggest you arrive at the parking garage 30 minutes before the start of the first session.
• Find the Correct Line: The check-in stations will be organized alphabetically by last name. Pre-registration is required. There will be no on-site registrations at the conference.
• Conference certificates: QR codes for conference certificates are on the first page of the program for you to scan and download. Virtual attendees will receive a digital copy of the program.

Check-in Time: Memphis, Tennessee is in the Central Time Zone (CST).

• Conference Meals

November 13: no meals will be provided for attendees

November 14: lunch will be provided for attendees

November 15: no meals will be provided for attendees 

*If you have dietary restrictions, you will have the opportunity to include that as part of your conference registration.

• Attire: Dress as you would for a normal work day at your school. We recommend wearing comfortable shoes.
• Bring a device: The conference app will be your best resource for conference information and presenter information. You can access the app on a phone or tablet. Click here to learn more.

Conference support staff and App Help will be available during the conference at the conference check-in area (November 13 - 2nd floor foyer of the Sheraton Hotel Downtown Memphis, November 14-15 Rms. 114-115 of the Renasant Convention Center)
